1. What this policy covers

This policy covers getverifiedhiring.com, a campaign website operated by Integrity Advocate. It explains what the site collects from visitors, why, and what you can do about it.

It does not cover the Integrity Advocate proctoring and identity verification product itself. If you are a test taker or candidate who has been assessed using Integrity Advocate, the policy that applies to you is the Integrity Advocate privacy policy, which describes how session data, identity documents and review records are handled.

The short version. This site sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites. It counts anonymous page visits so we can tell whether the campaign is working. If you fill in a form, we get exactly what you typed, and we use it to reply to you and to send you the document you asked for. Nothing is sold, ever.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

If you request the Interview Integrity Threat Register, we collect your first name, last name, work email address and company name. If you book a meeting through the scheduler on this site, that scheduler is operated by HubSpot and collects the details you enter there, including your name, email address and any information you add to the booking.

Information collected automatically

When you view a page we record a small, non-identifying set of measurements:

WhatWhy
The page you viewed and whenTo count visits and see which sections people read
The website you arrived from, domain onlyTo know which channels send traffic
Campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm parameters)To tell one campaign from another
Country, and whether you are on desktop, tablet or mobileTo understand the audience and fix layout problems
How far down the page you scrolled, and how long you stayedTo find where the page loses people
Which buttons you clickedTo measure whether the page works

What we deliberately do not collect. We do not store your IP address. We do not store a device fingerprint. We do not set an identifier that follows you between visits or across other sites. We cannot tell that the same person came back twice, and we have chosen it that way. Automated traffic that identifies itself as a bot is discarded rather than counted.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no advertising or cross-site tracking on it. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

Our analytics are first party: the measurements above are sent to our own server and stored in our own database. No third-party analytics provider receives them.

One exception is worth naming plainly. The meeting scheduler embedded on this page is provided by HubSpot, and when it loads it may set its own cookies and receive technical information from your browser, under HubSpot's own privacy terms. If you would rather not load it, do not open the booking section, and email us instead.

Our web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser in order to deliver the font files.

4. How we use it

  • To send you the document or information you asked for.
  • To reply to you, and to arrange a conversation if you asked for one.
  • To send you future quarterly editions of the Threat Register, if that is what you requested. Every one of those emails has a one-click unsubscribe.
  • To understand, in aggregate, whether this campaign is working and how to improve the page.

We do not use your information to build a profile of you, and we do not make automated decisions about you on this site.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we never have. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and respond to you:

  • HubSpot, our customer relationship management and meeting scheduling provider, which stores your contact details so we can reply to you.
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores the analytics and form submissions described above.
  • Google Workspace, for the email we send you.

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

6. How long we keep it

  • Analytics measurements: retained in aggregate for up to 24 months, then deleted. They are not linked to you as an individual at any point.
  • Contact details you submitted: kept in our CRM for as long as we have a business relationship or you have asked to hear from us, and deleted on request.
  • Booking information: retained under HubSpot's terms and our CRM retention practice.

7. Your rights, and how to use them

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the UK and EU, PIPEDA in Canada, and state privacy laws in the United States such as the CCPA in California, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you.
  • Ask for a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct it.
  • Ask us to delete it.
  • Withdraw consent, or object to how we are using it.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@integrityadvocate.com. We will respond within 30 days. You will not be asked to create an account or jump through hoops, and the request itself is free.

If you are only trying to stop the emails, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of them works immediately.

8. Security

Data submitted through this site is encrypted in transit and at rest. Integrity Advocate maintains a SOC 2 Type II independent audit and has recorded zero data breaches in more than twelve years of operation. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise, but security is the product we sell and we hold this site to the same standard.

9. Children

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried.
